DOVES I WANT MY MONEY!

I joined the funeral policy in 2017 September 01. Due to the company's incompetence my policy contribution was supposed to increase the following year but no adjustment was done. I later went to ask what was happening. I was told that the policy has lapsed due to insufficient contributions. Doves carried on deducting money. In 2022 I went to their office again and I was told that my policy is not even in their system because it lapsed a long time ago. The company didn't stop deducting my money and this year I went to them again to request a refund of all these monies but they said they do not owe me anything.
