Doves Funerals are more vulture than dove.

My Dad passed away in Jun 2019 with a fully paid up funeral plan, underwritten by Doves. This plan made provision for R10 000 begin paid towards the funeral but seeing that all the documents they required were not yet available, we as the family, paid the funeral in full, with promises made of refunding the R10 000 as soon as the documents were supp****.

Due to various delays, we supp**** the documents a couple of months later and up to now, we have had no joy out of Doves Bellville to settle the amount owed. I got hold of their new branch manager, as the previous person working on this file, has been transferred and the office being renovated, so all documents were in storage and he asked me to supply the documents again so pay out can be made.

Since then, Mr Nico Olivier, the new manager is missing in action and despite a barrage of calls and messages, he has not returned any of them. I left a less than polite message for him yesterday, warning him that if he did not respond I am reporting him to Hellopeter and seeing I am doing it now, probably shows that he ignored me once again.
