Doves funeral services Randburg (Tanya Steyn)

We as the Sithole family have received nothing but poor ,lack of compassion and professionalism from an employee of Doves whose named Tanya Steyn. We buried our mother on November 13th 2022 ,we also unveiled her tombstone on the same day.It cam to our attention that her tombstone has collapsed,We have reached out to Tanya Steyn for assistance to try and resolve this but she's been extremely uncooperative nand unhelpful. I would not recommend the use of the services ,it's extremely poor and unprofessional ,nothing anyone has to experience after the death of a loved one
