Doves Funeral Services: proof of payment

<p>I requested proof of payment from Doves Funeral Services that I had paid for my late mother's funeral. This is required by Metropolitan Life to settle a funeral claim.</p> <p>Granted, this ocurred in 2007 . I had forgotten about the policy. However I would have thought that Doves Funerals would be able to provide a receipt. Do they not have computersised systems to prove that I had transferred funds?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am out of pocket. I cannot get monies due to me because Doves is unable to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
