I can't believe that such a big company as this can not trace as to who made the call to collect a deseased member of the family from the hospital, now because we not using them they charging us R5000 for storage and for moving the body to another affordable parlo. So because the person that gave them authorization to fetch the body from the hospital theres no proof we now have to pay the amount, and in such a financial situation. So basically they holding the body ransom for money.... This is disgusting, the refusing to release the body until payment....
