Doves Funeral Services

Doves did my mothers funeral two years ago. They also arranged for the stone to be removed, engraved and put back on again. The grave hand "sunk" at the one side, clearly the stone was put up on unstable ground. The whole stone tumbled and broke. Trying to get any response from them for six months now.
