Doves Funeral Service bad service

I trusted Doves Funeral services to handle the funeral of my late wife which was to be a cremation, I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks but after 5 weeks she is still.lying in the morgue. Now I get all kinds of excuses as to why she has not been cremated yet. Their bad service started with the funeral service when we got a broken casket and a he**** that broke down in the church yard. I had to inform my family who are just coming to terms with the sudden loss only to recieve this upsetting news.
