Doves Funeral Parlour - Shocking service!

Our dear mother passed away on 11/11/2023 and we attained the services of Doves Funeral Parlour, Vereeniging. We paid for their services on presentation of their invoice and arranged the funeral on 18/11/2023. They arrived at the church and "FORGOT" the coffin trolley. We had to borrow one from AVBOB Meyerton who were very kind to lend it to us to continue the service. Disgusting. It is now 5/12/2023 and we are yet to be informed is our mother has been cremated yet let alone be advised that we can collect her ashes.! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE< THEY ARE INEPT AND EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
