Doves Funeral Insurance Poor Customer Service Taking Cash and Cancelling Funeral policies

Payments for Policy not found. Head Office not available to answer We have been battling since Sept 2020 to get answers about payments they claim is not reflecting when we have proof of payments. They just went ahead and cancelled my moms funeral policy. Disrespectful. Not even their Athlone branch could get any answers from them. We left with no replies to numerous emails from my brother and the Athlone branch to the head office. We will be approaching the oumbuds to resolve this issue. I see many reviews about this problem with manay people.
