Doves Dont Care and are ******* and Predators taking advantage of the Vulnerable

Doves Don't Care and are *******. 25th Dec 2013 my Grandfather Past away leaving my not sound of mind grandmother who he was looking after full time for the last 2 years of his life.

From November 1998 - 2013 Dec my Grandfather paid in cash R20 for himself and R20 for my Grandmother R7680 x2 for 2x R5000 policies. With his passing we provided Doves with My Personal Details and Contact number and address and my mothers. My Grandfathers payment was taken care of no problem.

On 3 July 2020 this year my long term not sound of mind grandmother passed away and we discovered that her policy had lapsed due to non payment. Not knowing that my Grandfather was physically going and paying cash every 6 months.

This meant that an amount of R1540 over the last 6 years would of been due. I asked Doves if I could pay it as if my Grandmother was still with us as the only reason this was not continued was because my Grandmother was not Corpus Mentes for the past Decade and that my healthy grandfather was handling all of their affairs passed suddenly. I received no correspondence from doves stating that the policy was in arrears or lapsed. I mean R20 is a menial amount .

With no flexibility and even insisting on speaking to an supervisor and going back and forth I was told no can't help you.

Just Proving that Doves Does Not CARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE VULNERABLE and this is not about the R5000 I earn that in a day , This is about DOVES taking advantage of my Grandmother , this was her and my grandfathers hard earned money that they parted with and R20 in 1998 went a long way.

I would like to see if some top Brass from Doves will even respond to this .

Personally with your business ethics I hope you go out of business , because if I treated my clients this way I surely would be out of business.

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE *******
