DOVES DISGUSTING AND UNFORGIVABLE SERVICE

Today 5 March 2020 we had a cremation, Doves Hillcrest, including Durban branch who apparently involved in preparation. Firstly our memorial time was delayed by half an hour, then we asked for open coffin it was shut closed, flowers were ordered,,we did not receive, once our friends and family battled to open the coffin, my poor mom still frozen, face not made up, hair untidy, her head shoved in a corner of the coffin. A disgusting and unforgivable service from Doves, and no representatives there either, when the offices were called in Hillcrest, blame was passed on to Durban branch. I beg anyone and everyone not to use their service. After my mom’s memorial, I drove to Hillcrest branch, I was told to stand in reception area to **** them out.
