Doves disgraceful "service"

I am disgusted in the service I received from Doves. From quoting me an initial amount (and choosing them based on this quote) to almost doubling the amount when I was called in to sign documents. Then to make matters worse, they give my mother's ashes in a cardboard box that cannot be placed inside a niche. It's disgraceful to say the least. And this while people are mourning. And, I also only received the death certificate after the funeral had taken place. I received it a week later. I will never refer or use this service provider ever again. They don't even deserve the one star. It should be 0
