Doves declined claim

I had a policy with doves for my grandmother that is the highest policy for her age which is the most expensive one and she passed away and was only 3 days left in her waiting period. I understand there's t&c's but as they know.. It is literally just me and my grandmother and the premium I was paying was expensive just for them to decline the policy without even considering it trying to meet me half way.. I'm at my wits end trying to make ends meet with the funeral arrangements and I'm drowning and you guys won't even try to assist me
