Doves

Good day. I am so so upset about everything. Long story short. Me and my husband had an death pollicy for 30 years at Doves. I a accidentally canseled it (on the wednesday) i wanted to cansel something else .but on the thursday morning i went to the office in voortrekker road gezzina pretoria to fix everything. The lady there told me everything is fixed and i dont have to warry about anything. The end of the month everything will go off like normal again. So the end of the month nothing happend and we went to the office again this kept on going on about 7 time that we had to go back to the office to just fix things i also wanted to pay the month that we lost cash there and the lady said it will be fixed the end of the month. So nothing happend again and i phoned the call centre. That lady told me that there is no reccord of us on the system and she cant help me at all. So now after 30 years i must just accept it and go on?
