Doves bad service

It's been a long time now since my complaint about doves lydenburg we still didn't get any feedback from doves the lady at lydenburg branch is full of stories we still don't have a grave number by now and she still cannot supply us with a copy of the burial plan i think it should be better now to take this matter futher will not recommend doves to anyone for service they are useless
