Doves are the best

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Lourens Dippenaar and his partner that was with him on the 12/5/2021 at the Roodepoort mortuary.my sister and I met them outside the Rdp SAP station .we were on our way to see the investigator that is working on missing person cases. My son went missing on the 7/5/2021 and we did not know where to start looking for him.lourens was more than helpful and went the extra mile to go with us into the motuary and explaine our situation to the office staff. Unfortunately for me my son was at the mortuary. I only identify him on the photo they showed me because I was not brave enough to go and see the body. Lourens ask me for identity marks on his body and he went to identify him,which after we phone my husband and he came and confirmed that is was our son. Lourens assist us from there on.later Sam from the Roodepoort branch handled all the paperwork in a profesional yet gentle caring way. They took alot of stress of us and showed humanity and compassion even after the funaral service. I would recommend Dove because they have the right people to assist in such traumatic event.
