Don't contact Doves in Benoni for a funeral service!

Doves in Benoni said they cremated my sister with her jewelry. We have asked them numerous times that we would like to have the jewelry back. They only said sorry, the guys will get warnings. This is unacceptable! We stay in South Africa.... so they can take everyone's jewelry and just say sorry we cremated it...... They're service was terrible from the start, they're offices are in unsafe areas. They don't meet you on time as arranged. They reschedule 15min before the time. I wish I never contacted them.
