Disheartening Service from Doves

My granny had a funeral covet with Doves since the 90's she paid R300 a month since 2021. When she passed away on the 8th of November 2022, we were informed that they can't bury her because her cover is insufficient, their funerals start from R18 000 and above. They did not inform us of this prior to collecting the body, when we said ok we'll use another undertaker we had to pay them R2500 upfront before we could get the body back. They took 3 days to pay out the R12 500 that they said the cover was worth. I hate this company with a passion coz they're ripping people off, esp the orderly that don't know better.
