Disgusted!!

I have been a client for more than 10 years and never claimed. Last year in lockdown my grandmother was very ill and the home she is in suggested to get her paperwork in order. I phone numerous times with no luck and went to the Polokwane brach twice but it was closed with just the office number on the door. Luckily my gran pulled through.

Now this month I just wanted updated paperwork. So I called them and they told me my policy has been canceled because of not paying. I was not aware of this, they did not phone or email me, nothing!! But get this, they are still debating my account and are now just ignoring my emails!!!!
