Disappointing and frustrating funeral policy Doves

I logged a claim on the 1st February of my fuberal policy gues waht on the 6th i called as there was nothing feom Doves and they say their claim turn arround time is 48hrs the fuberal is in this weekend. This is the worst funeral policy I ever took. They did same on my fathers funeral in August laat year im ao disappointed and will never advise any of my freinds to join Doves. They said the notification if death is blurry how I know if i didnt call on the 6th day.
