Disappointed

The office in Tableview is cold, uninviting and smelt of cigarettes. It's bad enough losing someone important and now you have to deal with this environment along with unsympathetic staff. My gran passed this weekend and her payout was a measly R4 000 after spending the last 30 years paying it off? Makes absolutely no sense. Not a very nice experience and left feeling uneasy that things will be taken care of.
