Customer service!

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to amend my policy, but every single time I call they are either offline or some other issue. They don't even offer to call back. Everytime I am told to call back, which I just tried to do, but guess what? Yet again, they are offline. What kind of customer service do you offer? Or you have millions of customers to sustain your business, so who cares?
