Complaint

I am very disappointed in Doves. My husband is tiring 88 next month an has 2 polisies with Doves both polisies value is just over R14000 but up to date he has already paid in more than R30000. They say the risk was on him & if he spos payment now he wil lose all the money, and the irony is their cheapest funeral costs R22000. I phoned them & sent emails with no reply, What should I do, the one lady in their Springs office where we normally pay for the policy suggested we go somewhere else, but as I said he is almost 88.
