Call Center Useless for Legal Cover

I wanted to take out Legal Cover through Dove and have been leaving messages for them to phone me for 2 weeks and filled out on their Website to phone urgently, but they are not interested in new business and if it takes that long to get a policy, how long will it take to get a lawyer under your cover. You should stick with what you know. So disappointing and frustrating.
