Be Aware

I recently had the misfortune of losing my mother. Everything was a hurdle due to it not being specified to me that no money = no funeral. The funeral policies were for me to sort. Due to delay's in getting the death certificate the money did not clear before the funeral. Just after 4pm the day before I received a call informining me no money = no funeral. Yesterday I phoned to see if the her ashes were ready and was told yes! My husband went to collect and ended up waiting over an hour for them. Thus what you are told and what happens are two different things. I am blessed to have family who support me and paid. I don't wish my experience on anyone.
