Bad Supplier Payments

<p>My local branch of Doves asked me to install burglar bars after a series of break-ins. Deposit was paid and now, 60 days after the job was completed I still have no final payment. First, the branch manager did not submit my payment, then according to her it was submitted to be oaid at the end of March. Now after no payment the creditors dept cannot find the order that was issued???? And if so, how did they manage to pay the deposit in the first place??</p>
