bad services

when we buy the service this insurence company tells us lies the say that we claim then they will pay us with in 48 hours , i claimed for my fathers funeral that was on the 24 Nov i claimed 21 Nov 2018 they promised to pay on the 23 Nov midnight it was never paid till now the 28 Nov when i call they tell me about their system and the call center agents have bad attitude as well.

Please stop buying this funeral covers they lie to us they only take our money thats what they now.
