Bad Service From Doves

Doves Funeral in Mdantsane Mall in the Eastern Cape brought an incorrect coffin that did not close properly. The lowering device was not working and the deceased sons had to get into the grave and physically lower the coffin which was traumatic for the family. A day after the funeral we went to lay a complaint which has still not been attended to.
