Bad service and very high costs changed in 15 min

My mother passes away the 11th May ..Doves in Vanderbijlpark was instructed by a family member to fetch my mother without my knowedge. I contact het bank and inssurances to claim the policy to cremate mother but for a month till now refuse to pay the policies. I contact the family member and locate my mother at Doves. I sold my car today to get my.mother to rest to pay the costs given to me at 14h23 that was R4600 just for her to be there. So i got a nother funural parlor that charge us almos R9000 cheaper then if Doves would do the cremation in full. So the lady at Doves give me a printed statement of R4600 and even told me the closesed bank is near them..i rushed back within 15min with the cash to pay and all of a sudden wants an extra R1700 for the release as soon as she heard what funural parlor was there to collect the body. This is shamefull and totally wrong to give me a statement and changed the cost within a thew minutes. I had to sell other stuff now to pay that also. They have no tespect for poor people. Please people do your home work before you ever go to doves the will take every last sent you have its not about family to them but to see where they can bleed you out of you last sent .
