BAD SERVICE

I am very upset with Doves Springs Branch, head office, area manager and 360 Life, there service is up to ****. My mother Passed away last year August i went to Doves in Springs to do the claim they have filled in the documents never told me i am not a beneficiary so i need a letter of authority or try to help. The documents was send to who ever they send it to i had to followup every day what is happening only on the Thursday they told me that head office says i need a letter of Authority - were in anybody's right mind will i find a letter of Authority on a Thursday and the funeral was that next Monday. I left it till after funeral and got hold of my moms will where Alicia Brits was made out as the executor. She took over everything and said she has be sending emails to head office since December and till today there is no response. End off March this year the Estate phoned me to say everything is done but they are still waiting on Dove's to respond. I then phoned Springs branch again to find out what was happening they said the system declined the claim due to letter of authority WITCH THEY DON'T NEED ANYMORE!!!!! I have explained that all the documents where send to there head office on the email they gave us so i have asked Alicia / Elmarie to send the documents to springs branch aswell so they can forward it to. It felt like they did not really no what they were doing. So i got hold of the area manager explained everything again said she will look into it. Phoned me back said the claim needs to be locked again so her staff member will do it. A week went, i phoned again the manager she said they are still waiting it's now been a hall month again and still NOTHING!!!! This is the most PATHETIC service i have ever received. Why does a person have a funeral cover if this is the way you get service after a loved one passed on. And no one will ever phone you, you always have to phone them to find out what is going on. I don't understand how there is nobody that can help with this. I want that money to be paid out that is what we paid for every month.
