bad service

i joined doves in mid july and i joined in a near by mall in alexandra township ,the person who helped me with the cover help me with filling the forms and i kindly told him i will go to the nearest branch to pay,so he then told me that with doves a member qualifies to receive discounts at pick n pay,boxer and etc the guy then asked for my bank card in which i refused to give out but he then promised me his never going to use it for my debits i then felt free and issued my card so then printed the receipt from the machine he used saying it was for discounts that he told me it was for so i trusted that, so to my suprise on the 25 of august my account was then debited 335 which i knew was the 1st premium i was suppose to pay i was then suprised so i then went to the bank to reverse it bt i can't dnt understand how. ok then again on the 28 september R285 WAS THE DEDUCTED again so today i went to your branch in pan africa alexandra and got a lady receptionst who told me she knows nothing about this she then called some guy called thabiso frm the other branch who spoke to me and told me to call ********** 010 which is your callcentre in capetown im so angry over this cause i received a message to confirm my payments which i didn't give anyone authority to debit my account so again i got a lady by the name of beverly wo told me to send my bank statement as proof i did and still no response from her or anyone i sent the email to ********** so doves can i please have my money since it is the only thing you care about i have never so ****** like this ever before
