Bad feed back service from Doves concerning the tombstone of my parent's grafes.

We are experiencing problems with DOVES FUNERAL SERVICES. We don't get any back feed from these people concerning our problem.

Can anybody please tell us if there is an ombudsman for funeral services which we can contact.
