Bad customer seevice

I have received very bad customer service from Doves. I have changed my policy in February to add family members and to date no one gets back to me. Numerous calls and they say they going to get back to you but no one does. If this is the type of service I get whilst alive I don't know how they will treat my family of I should pass on. I'm disgusted by the service of Doves.
