Bad attitude and ******** towards clients

At a time when is most vulnerable and sad, you get told that the most ordinary cremation for your loved one will cost you close to R20 000??? And the funeral cover you have been paying for years was conveniently overlooked and you were never told to re-assess the over! When we decided to take our business elsewhere I was told to go have our service and come back for the claim funds!!! I was also told I cannot sign for the refund at that moment - when they already received all the required docs from their competitors. Just because they were working half day??? When I went back with a bank statement the doors were shut - Just after 1pm and there was NO notice or indication earlier that they were closing early.. I can go on and on and on about Doves, Bellville office. The most horrible experience I have ever encountered for a funeral arrangement!!!
