Amazing Funeral arrangement service.

I refer to my father's funeral that was done on Thursday 16 September 2020. I was amazed in the matter that Doves handled the funeral arrangements in this Covid time and whilst other Funeral parlours were on strike.

Although there was the danger that Doves funeral undertakers, not part of the National Strike of Funeral undertakers, handled my late father transport arrangements. His coffin was transported late at night time at 23h00 from Boksburg to Braamfontein, safety was their main concern. Next morning was the memorial service at the church in Brackenhurst, Alberton. They made use of an unmarked white funeral van for transportation. Everything went smoothly and they reached the church safely in due time.

After the ceremony they have departed back to Braamfontein as the grave yard at Kromvlei was closed due to strikers watching any activities going on. Their behaviour in such an event is barbarous.

The strikes was from the Monday until Wednesday. Only Thursday at 11h00am they have transported the coffin in the same unmarked van to Kromvlei for the burial to take place. They remained at the grave site and closed it properly to leave it neatly done. Well done and good work Doves!
