Am really not happy

Doves funeral roodepoort has not given me my food voucher and it's almost a month now. No one is giving me an explanation about the delay , they where supposed to give me this voucher on the week of the funeral. What's sad is that if u don't pay the extra balances after u claim they don't give u the body. Yet they are able to hold on a voucher that was supposed to help us during a difficult time of our life.
