A big dissapointment

My father passed away recently. He was a paying customer at doves lydenburg for the last 14 years. Since the arrangement of the funeral started it was horrable the staff was *********** and could not supply us with information regarding his burial plan. When the family went to view the body there was already a smell comming from his body following the next day at church he was transported in a normal doves car with seats removed it was not a dove's he**** i have pictures to prove it. In church we could not concentrate because of the smell. The lady asked my grieving mother to drive with her because she didn't know where is the cemetary. At the grave site it was horrable very un organised we struggled to get the coffin on to the grave because there was no space to walk. The grave number up to now is not available we where only given a name board to go and install it at the grave site. As a family we are very disappointed in doves lydenburg and would not recomment anyone to do bussines with them we have changed our mothers funeral cover to another company to get better survice when time comes.
