Wayne Lambert is VERY RUDE and Disrespectful over the phone

Wayne Lambert is very very rude over the phone, he treats clients like their nothing, he is very rude and very unhelpful, especially towards black clients, I've had a white colleague of mine call on my behalf for the part that was defective that I bought from them, he never experienced the bad attitude I got. Very disappointed , I've been a Dover client for over 4 years since my car came out of warranty, Wayne has been this way since. Dover Parts exists because of US after market clients!!!!, treat us with respect Wayne Lambert
