Poor communication on packaging

I bought the capsules for a Nespresso machine and several of them failed. The coffee itself was excellent so I wrote to them to check and after several emails back and forth I was eventually told my machine was not compatible and I should have gone online to an obscure link and read that all machines were compatible (asterisk), except for... in tiny writing at the bottom. I was given an apology, but no refund, nor replacement product offered. Buyer beware, I guess.
