Great repair service.

#WIN I had the pleasure of doing business with Doug's TV & Video repairs in Faerie Glen last week. Having had some nasty experiences with appliance repair technicians recently, It was with trepidation that I handed in an amplifier for repairs at Doug's TV. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them. I was received with smiling faces by eager to help staff. They contacted me on several occasions to update me on the parts sourcing situation and called me promptly when the repair was done. The price was very reasonable. They contacted me a day or 2 later to follow up on my satisfaction with the repair and invited me to contact them them if there was any problems. I can recommend this company to anyone needing an electronic repair done.
