Never buy Douglasdale Dairy products - they are sour and nobody cares
Bought milk (2 X 500ml containers) on 15 September with BB date of 20 September but both were sour when I tried using on 17 September. Tried contacting the customer care - no answer, placed a complaint on the website, no response, phoned again, transferred but no answer, left a message, no response. I have had problems with products before but at least someone apologizes. These people just don't care that their product is not up to standard and cost people money.
