Douglasdale fresh cream . I always used c***** fresh cream however I realized that their quality has degraded and it has become quite expensive. Douglasdale fresh cream creates the most amazing stiff peaks when whipped and turned my boring scones into a high class fancy at an affordable cost . It was was so rich and creamy and I didn't have to beat my arm off to achieve stiff peaks.
