DON'T BUY FROM ****A SHOP'S THAT DOES'NT HAVE PROPER BACKUP OR EQUIPMENT!!!

Good afternoon, I would like to bring to your attention a local ****a in Laudium, situated in ext 3, owned by a Pakistan. I purchased a 2L of milk on Tuesday (21/02/2024) BB 25/02/2024). On Wednesday 22/02/2024 the milk was off. I took the milk back to explain to the owner who was not available that day. I tried to explain to one of the employees (Pakistan) that the milk had gone off. He became very rude and refused to refund or replace it. I waited for the owner the next day, he also started arguing with me. I told him that I was going to report him to Douglasdale, he then took the milk bottle threw it aside, and replaced me with a 1L. Once again the milk lasted for one day and went off. During load shedding, I take my milk and put it in the freezer. I am still in possession of the 1L milk as well as the packet. During the argument, he mentioned that he was getting his milk from Bismillah in Laudium.
