Dissatisfied customer

I do not even want to put down 1 star, cause the customer service is non existant. I don't normally buy Douglas dale milk, but i thought let me give it a try..... Worst decision, the milk was sour before expiry date. Took it back the the store, they refused to give me back my money, cause they first have to speak to the manager. I then called Douglasdale to complain, they said they will replace the 2 bottles, this is now a month later and still no phone call from them or the replacement stock. This is pathetic to say the least.
