Bad service

Bought a 2L of milk on Jan 4th 2025, expiration date Jan 4th 2025.

However the milk had already expired on the 4th of Jan 2025. Logged a call via the companies chat box explained what the problem was. Was informed that another product will be delivered to my address.

To this day 18th Jan 2025 I haven't heard from Douglasdale Dairy.
