Disappointed

Took my dog for grooming. The man that handles the grooming part of the business had an attitude. Very little to none peolpe skills. Was told it will take an hour and a half. We waited for more than 2 and a half hours. It was not that busy. I am sure the vet side of the business are top notch, but the grooming side must really work on their customer service. Will not be visiting again.
