Dismal customer service

Dismal customer service. I place the order online and called them the following day to confirm that delivery would be made to the address after a specific date because I was only moving there 10 days after placing the order.

From their email response: "We’ll follow up the moment we have any updates and we appreciate your understanding as we do our best to try and accommodate your request. Due to the fluidity of the manufacturing process, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee the request will succeed before your order has been shipped out, but not to worry - should this happen, our Logistics Team will reach out to our courier partner for further assistance and we’ll continue to keep you updated.

The next day, I find out by chance that the order was dropped in front of the house. No updates. No contact to notify me. When I contacted them, the representative said: Sorry, there's nothing we can do". I had to take 4 hours off in the middle of a busy work day to go to my future address to deal with the mess.

"Contactless delivery" is NOT an excuse to dump a delivery at an unattended, unfenced property with no effort made to notify the recipient.
