I had a few policies with the unlimited but i cancelled them all today. One of them was the scratch and dents policy for my car. I took it out more than a year ago after being ccontacted by their sales person. The lady sold it to me under false pretentious. I wanted to claim for the small rust spots due to chipping of paint on my bumber and the area near my windscrean window but i was declined beacuse of it is not covered although we are below the amount that they say we can claim for which is r5000. 00. This was my first claim since i took out this policy but if they act like this with this claim imagine how they will act ones you claim on your other claims. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM AND RATHER GO WITH TRUSTED INSURANCE COMPANIES SUCH AS OLD MUTUAL, SANLAM ETC
