From September last year im struggling to clear my name because of wrong products that was deliverd....It was collected 2 weeks after it was deliverd ... I phoned mondo to cornfirm and also gave them the M777 no from the DSV Comany...As i phoned Mondo they said the request was sent for cancellation and that MTN must reply.....I do have record of all the conversations and ref no but still nothing is happening...Iwent to the bank to refrech my credit limit on my account and they told me it can not be done because MTN put a bad credit score on my name on cleare score....WHAT IS THE PROBLEME.... MTN put me in a bad situation and let me feel like a ******** that doesnt pay my depts...... Its now 7 months and still nothing is happening... The amount is almost R4000 in arrears on my itc score.... WHAT AM I SUPOSE TO DO NOW..... DEFAMATION OF CARACTOR that is what it is.... I think to go to Cart Blache to go into my account to see howlong im waiting and still nothing is happening ecept my name that is smotherd
