Waiting almost a month for a couch.

Have ordered a couch in December and I still don't have any idea when it will be delivered or the progress. I keep having to call for updates and I get the same conversation, "I don't know, I will have to phone the manufacturers" only to have me calling back and then getting the same response. I have literally Remodeled a whole house and they haven't even finished a simple couch.
